Healing the Wounded Feminine

As in the last blog post 'Healing the Wounded Masculine' there is also great wounding to the feminine, regardless of gender or biological sex.

What is allowed for the feminine, and what is not, in society?

Do you welcome the depths of your feminine energy?

When the feminine energy is in balance, there is a natural beauty that arises.

See if you recognise any of these balanced feminine qualities:

Compassion and patience. Nurturing of self and others. Introspective, able to look within. Intuitive and innate wisdom. Connections to others through sharing of your true self. Comfortable with darkness. In the flow of life. Receiving the gifts of life. Balance between giving and receiving. Creative. Natural, radiant beauty.

See if you recognise any of these wounds to the feminine in yourself:

Smothering, over-protective and over-whelming. Outwardly facing without any internal holding point. Superficial relationships. Pretence. Depression. Confusion, fear, anxiety. Feeling spacey. Neediness. Over-thinking. A sense of martyrdom, sacrificing yourself. Inability to receive. Blocked creativity. Artificial prettiness.

Healing the Wounded Feminine

I see this wounding to the feminine show up so often in the lack of self-care and nurturing we show ourselves and our bodies. The judgement and lack of compassion that is so endemic in our thinking and attitude towards ourselves.

People give to others, but do not give to themselves with kindness. This causes a great imbalance and stress, leading to cold and unknown inner worlds.

On a mass scale, there is a fear of the darkness and the depths. A fear of looking within. The places which will, if we can go to them, offer us unparalleled holding and nurturing.

So many people do not think of themselves as creative; the system that we have taken on dictates and restrains expression and beauty.

People are out of touch with themselves, with their darkness and their light.

Through the shamanic tradition of the Munay Ki, you are gifted the Rites of the Daykeepers and of the Wisdomkeepers; the energies of the feminine and masculine in balance.

These seeds of balance are available for you to nurture and grow, so that you are able to receive gifts of wisdom and intuition, and bring your true creativity and beauty into the world.

The qualities of the masculine in balance inform the feminine: direction, power and pioneering.

This is how we create a new world, as described in the prophecies of the shaman of the Munay Ki. And we do not have any time to lose; we must do this healing now.
